Technology Surveys
Periodically ITS conducts surveys regarding provided services to help influence department priorities and identify problems that may not be apparent with day-to-day issues.
Targetted survey's are also conducted around specific projects so that information may be gathered regarding usability and how well a new service is meeting a specific need.
Based upon the results of each survey they may be repeated after being appropriately modified for changes in technology and to improve the usefulness of the information being gathered.
