As of Sept 8, 2006 COCC has a new voicemail system
Why did we upgrade?
- Our previous system needed to be replaced due to unreliability and increased functionality (ex: increased voice mail storage, integration with Exchange (future), etc)
With this new voicemail system:
- All old voicemail messages have been lost
- Voicemail greetings need to be rerecorded
- Voicemail passwords need to be reset
- Most features should behave as they do today however online documentation has been updated and a quick reference card distributed.
