File Storage

• COCC and OSU-Cascades Students are automatically provided with 200 MB of network storage with easy access from anywhere on the COCC campus via the "My Documents" folder while logged in on any Campus workstation.

• COCC and OSU-Cascades Faculty/Staff are provided with unlimited network storage space with easy access from anywhere on the COCC campus via the "My Documents" folder while logged in on any Campus workstation. Due to the cost of maintaining and archiving this data please keep your storage space usage at a reasonable level. An annual review of space used will be conducted by the COCC IT department to try to guide appropriate usage.
   
• Access to your COCC My Documents storage is available via COCC's VPN over the internet and while using COCC's wireless network. More VPN information is available here.

Print Services

• Printing in classrooms and drop-in computer labs
• Printing in the Campus Library
• Staff questions and problems regarding department printing should be submitted to User Services using the ITS ticket system.
