Faculty & Staff Technology Support

When a COCC Faculty or Staff member needs assistance with an office workstation or other COCC technology service they should create a ticket using the web based Helpdesk system.

If unable to create a ticket or the problem is urgent please call the COCC User Services helpdesk at (541) 383-7770.
