How to get Help
Students needing help logging in to any of these systems should review the information on the appropriate login page or contact a Campus computer lab attendant.
Faculty and Staff may contact the ITS Helpdesk - at ext. 7770.
Important Notes
Note 1 – "mmddyy" is the 2 digit month, day, and year of the date of birth. For example, June 15, 1977 would be "061577". If the college did not have your birth date at the time your account was generated, these digits would instead be the last 6 digits of your COCC ID.
Note 2 – Your network and email account ID must be unique. Therefore, if someone else is already assigned the ID of “cjones”, then Clark would have been given a network and email ID of “cgjones”, using his middle initial. If the college had not known that his middle initial was “G”, then he would have been given the account ID of “cjones2” (or “cjones3” etc. until a unique account ID could be determined). If you are unable to determine what your unique ID is please lookup your COCC email address per the instructions here.
Note 3 – To lookup your COCC email name/address and your initial password for your COCC network, email or Blackboard account follow the instructions on the web page at http://its.cocc.edu/HowTo/InitPwd/Default.aspx.
Note 4 – If Clark has been a student at COCC since before 2003-04, then his initial password would likely have been CJ and the last 7 digits of his Social Security Number CJ3456789. See note 3 for more information.
