Information Technology Services Assessment |
Approximately every 3 years COCC's ITS deparment plans to update the department's Mission, Vision and Goals to ensure that focus is being placed on the appropriate priorities. In between these formal update periods IT will openly make small adjustments to priorities as needed based upon identified student, instructional or administrative needs.
The results of this planning and COCC's ITS deparment Mission, Vision and Goals can be viewed online at http://its.cocc.edu/Info/Mission.
To help guide changes within the department IT will gather feedback by conducting various student, faculty/staff and community surveys in cooperation with COCC's Institutional Research department. Information gathered by recent survey's which have influenced activities within IT are posted online at http://its.cocc.edu/Assessment/Surveys.
